As a tribute to the exhibition dedicated to the unsettling, mannerist painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo (1527-1593)
organised at the Musée du Luxembourg (daily, until 13 January 2008), the Victoria Palace Hotel is offering
a special package during the months of November and December 2007.
Rediscovered by 20th-century surrealists, this witty Milanese artist was an important influence on Salvador Dali.
More than 40 of his paintings and illustrations will be on display at this museum adjacent to the Senate building
and the attractive Luxembourg Gardens, located just a few hundred meters from the Victoria Palace Hotel.
