December 6th or 13th:

- Discover the picturesque countryside of the little Loir valley with its' romanesque
chapels of the XIIth century and Renaissance manor houses.
- Drive to the local Château farm to learn the fine art of foie gras making and prepare
your own foie gras and apple chutney under the supervision of the best artisanal
producer of Western France !
- Return to "your" Château in time to relax by the fireside of the elegant Salon Rose
for drinks. Your culinary journey will continue during a candlelit dinner in the
prestigious Grande Salle à Manger, where you will discover three different wines
perfectly suited to the meal and commented by Guy de Vanssay
